How far in advance should I book my wedding florist?
Most couples book 9–12 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (September–November and March–May). If your date is sooner, please still enquire — we take a limited number of weddings per weekend and may have availability.
Do you have a minimum spend?
Yes, our wedding floral minimum starts at $3500+ GST which covers premium flowers, studio time, and full service delivery & installation. Our event floral minimum starts at $1500 + GST (moodboards are only provided for clients spending above $3500 + GST).
Can you work with any wedding venue?
Absolutely. We design and install florals at venues throughout Brisbane and surrounding regions including the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Toowoomba, Somerset and the Scenic Rim.
We’re familiar with many popular venues and can advise what floral styles work best in each space.
Do you offer wedding packages?
We create custom proposals for every couple. This allows us to design florals that reflect your palette, style and venue. we can also tailor ideas to suit your preferred budget.
What is included in your full-service wedding florals?
Our full-service approach includes:
Custom floral design & concept creation
Bridal Party flowers (bouquets, buttonholes, corsages)
Ceremony florals (arbours, aisle arrangements, petals, welcome sign arrangement)
Reception florals (table centrepieces, hanging installation, bar arrangement, candles)
Styling & Stationery (with our preferred business partner Sage By Annalise)
On-site delivery & installation
End-of-night or next-day pack down (if required)

Do you offer bouquet-only or small orders?
As a full-service wedding studio, we prioritise complete floral styling for the entire wedding day.
However, if we have space during quieter periods like Dec-Feb, we may accommodate smaller minimum spends - please enquire to check availability.
What flowers will you use?
We design with premium seasonal blooms sourced from trusted local growers and wholesalers.
Your floral palette is guided by:

Your venue’s aesthetic
We select the freshest flowers in your palette to ensure your designs are lush, textural and long-lasting.
Can I request specific flowers?
Yes - we always do our best to include your favourite flowers, colours or shapes. However, nature is seasonal and availability can change. If something isn’t available, we will substitute with equally beautiful blooms that complement your palette and maintain the same overall look.

Travel fees apply and are included in your custom proposal.
How do I receive my proposal?
Once you submit your enquiry form, we’ll confirm a time for a consultation via phone or video, after getting all the finer details from you, we will send a custom floral proposal tailored to your style, venue and requirements. Your proposal includes inspiration images, an itemised quote and suggested design direction.
What if I don’t know what flowers I want yet?
That’s completely fine - most couples don’t! Our job is to interpret your vision, colour palette and style preferences, then guide you through concepts that suit your venue and season.
Can I make changes to my floral order?
Yes. You can make adjustments as you finalise guest numbers or layout details. We typically lock in final numbers 6-8 weeks before the wedding, when your balance is due.
Do you return for pack down after the event?
If required, yes. Pack down is included in your quote for any florals needing removal (installations, hired structures, candles, etc.) at the end of your event or the next morning.
Do you provide vases, plinths or arbour structures?
Yes, we have a curated selection of vases, plinths and arbours available for complimentary use with our designs. We can also source custom items if your design requires something bespoke.
Do you provide styling as well as floral?
We provide candles as hire items, however if you are after a more detailed aesthetic we partner with Sage By Annalise who can look after your extra styling and stationery needs. You will still receive one proposal, but this will include linen, napkins, menus, seating charts, as well as the floral component.
How do I book?
Simply submit an enquiry through our contact form. Once your proposal is created and accepted by you, a booking fee of 25% will secure your date in our calendar.
